What Beyond Pokhara is
Beyond Pokhara is a travel planning service based in Pokhara. We help you shape a trip anywhere in Nepal and connect you with a suitable travel agency or licensed guide to run it.
We match, we do not operate
Beyond Pokhara does not sell or run trips itself. The trip is delivered by an independent travel agency or agent we introduce you to. Our job is to understand what you want and match you with the right one at a fair price, and to stay reachable if you need help along the way.
Prices are indicative
Prices on the site are starting estimates, shown as a "from" figure. They are not a final quote. A person reviews your request and confirms an itemised price before anything is booked. We do not take a deposit to plan.
An enquiry is not a booking
Sending an enquiry is a request to plan, not a confirmed booking. Nothing is settled until you and the assigned agency agree on the itinerary, the dates, and the price.
Your part
Give us accurate details so we can match and plan well. Carry valid travel insurance for treks and mountain travel, and follow your guide's safety guidance on the trail.
Itineraries can change
Itineraries are flexible starting points. Weather, road conditions, and mountain conditions can change a plan, and your agency will adjust it with your safety first.
